Tummy Tuck
Clinically known as abdominoplasty, a tummy tuck removes excess skin and fat and tightens or re-centers separated stomach muscles. This procedure can give patients a flatter, smoother, more contoured abdomen.
Liposuction
Liposuction is considered a minimally invasive and completely cosmetic procedure that uses an extremely thin and hollow tube called a cannula to help remove localized areas of fat in the body. This cannula is inserted into an incision that is made in the spot where the excess fat resides. It is then moved back and forth to help loosen up all that excess fat, which will then be suctioned out with a vacuum-like device or with a cannula-attached syringe. The treated areas should look slimmer and contoured and provide an overall better proportion to the rest of your body.
In addition to traditional liposuction, Dr. Babbitt also offers VASER® Liposuction, which uses high-frequency ultrasound energy to gently dislodge and break down targeted fat cells in the treatment areas for easier removal. The VASER® liposuction method can help reduce tissue trauma, bleeding, and bruising, allowing many patients to experience an easier recovery.
Mommy Makeover
A mommy makeover is designed to address cosmetic enhancement goals that may be desired after pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood in general. This customizable treatment can: create fuller and more youthful-looking breasts; eliminate excess fat in various body areas; tighten loose skin and tissue in the abdomen and other regions; rejuvenate facial aesthetics; and more. Common procedures selected for a mommy makeover include breast enhancement, liposuction, tummy tuck surgery, and cosmetic injectables.
Renuvion®
Renuvion is a skin tightening treatment that uses helium plasma and radiofrequency to create a firmer and more lifted skin appearance. The treatment involves a wand being inserted below the skin to target collagen fibers, stimulating collagen to rebuild. As this process takes effect, fine lines and deep wrinkles are gradually diminished for a more refreshed facial appearance. In addition Renuvion is often used to improve chin and neck contours for a more defined profile.
