This patient underwent gynecomastia reduction using direct excision and liposuction, along with liposuction of the abdomen and flanks, to improve chest and torso contour. The procedure removed excess glandular tissue and fat from the chest while refining the waistline, creating a flatter, more masculine upper body profile.
