Full-Time Licensed Aesthetician

Plastic Surgery of Southern New England is seeking a skilled, motivated Licensed Aesthetician to join our expanding practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a patient-focused, medically driven environment alongside an experienced clinical and aesthetic team.

Position Details
  • Full-time, salaried position
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Compensation commensurate with experience and existing client base
Responsibilities
  • Perform professional skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and advanced aesthetic services
  • Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and develop customized treatment plans
  • Educate patients on skincare regimens and recommend appropriate medical-grade products
  • Collaborate with injectables and surgical teams to support optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Ensure treatment rooms and equipment meet all safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
  • Current Massachusetts Aesthetician License (required)
  • 1–2+ years of experience in a clinical or medical spa setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and treatments
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Ability to build and maintain a loyal client base
