Full-Time Licensed Aesthetician
Plastic Surgery of Southern New England is seeking a skilled, motivated Licensed Aesthetician to join our expanding practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a patient-focused, medically driven environment alongside an experienced clinical and aesthetic team.
Position Details
- Full-time, salaried position
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Compensation commensurate with experience and existing client base
Responsibilities
- Perform professional skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and advanced aesthetic services
- Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and develop customized treatment plans
- Educate patients on skincare regimens and recommend appropriate medical-grade products
- Collaborate with injectables and surgical teams to support optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment meet all safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Aesthetician License (required)
- 1–2+ years of experience in a clinical or medical spa setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and treatments
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Ability to build and maintain a loyal client base
