This patient underwent gynecomastia surgery using a combination of direct gland excision and liposuction to address excess breast tissue and improve chest contour. Liposuction helps remove surrounding fatty tissue, while direct excision allows for precise removal of dense glandular tissue that cannot be treated with liposuction alone. The result is a flatter, more masculine chest with improved definition.
