Patient Details

CASE ID: 17212

This patient underwent breast augmentation to address tuberous breast deformity and breast asymmetry. Mentor Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile saline implants (650cc) were placed in a dual-plane position to improve breast volume, shape, and nipple position.

Because tuberous breasts often require staged correction, a future breast lift was discussed as part of the treatment plan. However, the patient achieved significant improvement in symmetry and contour with implants alone and may not require additional surgery.

Procedure performed by Dr. Russell Babbitt, board-certified plastic surgeon, at Plastic Surgery of Southern New England in Fall River, Massachusetts.
