This patient underwent facial reconstruction following Mohs surgery for basal cell carcinoma. After the skin cancer was removed by a Mohs surgeon, Dr. Russell Babbitt performed reconstructive surgery to restore the natural contour of the lower eyelid and cheek.

Reconstruction focused on carefully closing the defect while preserving eyelid function and achieving a natural facial appearance. Careful planning of incision placement helped minimize visible scarring while supporting proper healing.
